Four days in Beverly Hills that assemble the American capital markets, and an increasing share of the international ones.
The Global Conference occupies a single hotel in Beverly Hills for four days each spring and assembles investors, allocators, operators and policy figures at a density that no American event matches. The programme is substantial, but as at every gathering of this kind the value sits in the meetings arranged around it, which run continuously through the lobbies, suites and the restaurants of the surrounding streets. Los Angeles in early May is at its best and the surrounding logistics are straightforward: the hotel stock in Beverly Hills and Bel Air is deep, the aviation infrastructure is excellent, and the coast at Malibu and the desert at Palm Springs are both close enough for a day either side.

- LAX — Los Angeles International Full long-haul connectivity with private terminal handling available.
Helicopter. Useful for movement between Van Nuys, the Westside and Orange County, and for reaching Santa Barbara or Palm Springs on either side of the conference.

Is it necessary to stay at the conference hotel?
Not at all, and most principals do not. Beverly Hills and Bel Air properties within ten minutes are more comfortable and considerably quieter.

Confirmed before arrival, with a private suite or a nearby residence held for conversations that should not take place in a hotel lobby.
